Hi, I’m Riccarda.
Before starting RC Future Consulting, I reviewed more than 300 company assessments as an EcoVadis Sustainability Analyst. I also completed the EcoVadis assessment from within a company before. This means I understand not only what assessors look for, but also the pressure internal teams face when gathering the right evidence alongside their day-to-day work.
Earlier in my career, I audited more than 30 food suppliers across six countries and worked in international food production. Across these roles, I saw the same pattern: companies are often doing more than their documentation shows.
Today, I help companies turn that work into clear, credible evidence, so they are ready when customers ask and do not miss business opportunities simply because the right documentation is missing.

These are some of the questions I hear from companies during our first meeting. Here are my honest answers, so you can choose the level of support that makes sense for your situation.

You probably can - and I don’t want to replace your internal team. EcoVadis can take a lot of time, especially when you are unsure what really matters or why your score is not improving. That’s when external support is useful: when you want an experienced second opinion, need to identify gaps quickly or do not want your team to spend weeks working through the EcoVadis requirements alone.
Keeping up with the EcoVadis methodology is my job, not yours. I help you spot gaps, focus on the right evidence and avoid unnecessary work.
Your team stays involved and in control, but does not have to figure everything out alone.

That is often the reason companies ask for support. My role is to bring structure to the process, identify the priorities and take on the agreed work, not create more unnecessary meetings for your team.
I will still need accurate information and input from your company, but your team is only involved where its knowledge or approval is genuinely needed.

AI can help with ideas, structure and wording. What it cannot do on its own is verify whether your information is accurate, whether a document reflects your actual business or how well your evidence aligns with the assessment requirements.
Generic AI-generated policies may also create inconsistencies between what is written and what your company actually does. Expert judgement and reliable company information are still essential.

Neither do I. The goal is not to create documents that look good but have no connection to your business.
I start with what your company already does, turn it into clear evidence and identify the areas where a genuine improvement is needed. Any new documentation should be practical, realistic and usable beyond the assessment.

If you do not have an upcoming assessment, reassessment or customer requirement, you may not need support yet.
However, if an EcoVadis request is likely in the coming months, preparing the core evidence early gives your team more time and reduces the pressure of responding to a customer deadline at short notice.

No consultant can responsibly guarantee a specific result because the final assessment is carried out by EcoVadis and depends on the applicable methodology and the evidence available.
