Over the years, I’ve seen the same pattern again and again. Companies often wait until a customer asks for an EcoVadis assessment, supplier questionnaire or sustainability documentation before they start preparing. By then, everything becomes urgent.
Before starting RC Future Consulting, I worked across international food productions, supplier auditing, quality management and sustainability. Later, as an EcoVadis Sustainability Analyst, I assessed more than 300 companies and saw first-hand which documents, processes and evidence customers actually expect.
