Riccarda.
I believe strong businesses shouldn’t lose opportunities because their sustainability work is not reflected in the evidence EcoVadis and their customers expect.
Before starting RC Future Consulting, I worked in international food production, quality management and supplier auditing, including audits of more than 30 food suppliers across six countries.
Later, as an EcoVadis Sustainability Analyst, I reviewed more than 300 company assessments. I also went through the EcoVadis assessment process from within a company, so I understand both what assessors really look for and how much work is involved internally.

These experiences shaped how I approach EcoVadis. It is not just about completing a questionnaire or creating documents to tick boxes. A strong submission should clearly show what your company already does and where it is improving.
Today, I help companies across industries understand the requirements, identify evidence gaps and prepare the right documentation for EcoVadis. Support can range from a focused Q&A or document review to full assessment support or ongoing sustainability management.
I don’t believe most companies need another long report or a large consulting team. They need clear priorities, practical guidance and support that fits their internal resources.
